Returns

Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control standards, all sales are final.

TruForm Labs supplies products for research and professional use only, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.

If you have questions prior to placing an order, we strongly encourage you to contact our team at support@truformlabs.com to ensure product selection accuracy.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@truformlabs.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

We will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or resolution at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
  • Temperature-sensitive materials
  • Custom or bulk orders
  • Sale items

Shipping

TruForm Labs partners with a third-party fulfillment provider to ensure efficient and compliant order processing.

  • Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days
  • Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped
  • Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier performance and destination

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package is marked as lost in transit:

Important: TruForm Labs is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier. Replacement shipments are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
